Is that where the heater control valve is still on the GTE swap?

Yes, it looks like its comming down the down pipe but can't see from were?

Probably from the bottom of the valve.

You should be able to see the pivot from the side, which is where one of mine leaked from. Just stick your nose down there and look... It should be pretty obvious if that's the source of the leak. And if it isn't, just follow the leak up the firewall and post a pic of whatever the origin is.

It will be leaking from that nasty hose clamp on the heater control valve. If I were you, I'd replace it with a new hose clamp that isn't so hard to install correctly.
