Default Timing belt change, Special tools?

I have a 96 SC400 that I'm going to be changing the timing belt and water pump on for a friend. I'm wondering what special tools I may need or if I can get away with not buying or renting any special tools. It'd be a huge help for a weekend project to just get it done on one weekend and not be down a car. Thanks for the advice!

Tool to hold the main pulley to undo and torque the bolt at the end.
Tool to pull the pulley off the crankshaft.
Stud remover for water pump.
Seal removing tool (paint can opener is a good substitute)
Tool to drive the new seals in.
Torque wrench.
