VVT(variable valve timing) System Malfunction. Before you do anything, check to see if your oil control valve connector is plugged in, it should be located near the VVT cam pulley. There is also a chance that a foreign object got caught in your oil control valve and clogged it. If i were you, I'd change the oil and oil filter and then clear the code to see if what ever clogged the oil control valve has removed itself. If the code comes back on, then there is definitely something wrong with the oil control valve or VVT system.

Will do, it has like a Random misfire/rough Idle and i just seen a write up about it and this basically sums it up i will do everything asap. Also if there was a foreign object inside of it would it come out if i did the oil change? Thanks

Your oil filter will catch whatever it was if it freed itself after it caused the check engine light to go off.
