How to fix a stuck OPEN wastegate??
My 38mm Tial wastegate get stuck open intermittently. I cant stand the noise under load and I cant get on the gas that heavy cuz Im concerned it may damage something.
I checked the vacuum line coming from the turbo compressor to boost controller to the waste gate, all looks good, no kinks. I also opened up the wastgate, everything looks functional. Should I grease or spray anything on the diaphragm?
Anyone has any pointers how to fix a open wastegate?
