Default Power loss - right bank (psgr) no power, has spark and good sparkplugs.

Hi everyone,
So I have spent a few days researching and not found my pariticular solution.

Problem: Due to the snow storms here in New England, the engine compartment TWICE was filled to the brim from top to bottom with blown in snow. Not the best environment for electrics. Got the car started the first time and the most of the snow on the top melted. Second time, not as much snow but still on top. This time ran lwith uneven idle and could hardly get high rpms with very little power. And alternator was not charging for twenty miles.

Finally drove it home. When I pull the individual ignition wires off the distributor caps (very carefully with INSULATED distributor / hoseclamp pliers) only the wires which lead to the right bank do not make a difference in the idle.
So this is what I have eliminated as possible issues:
Coils - if it was bad all the wires from that coil would not affect the idle
Ingniters: Can't have spark at the distributor if they were not working
Sparkplugs: checked and cleaned and gapped; color on all 8 is a lignt tan; not excessive fuel mixture
Replaced ECU with a known good one - did not make a difference in idle or power.

Questions: maybe the whole injector bank?
What effects / controls the entire iright hand injector bank?

maybe the ECU controls the right bank injectors?

Default The REMEDY

SO I was thinking to myself after being with this situation since our BIG snowstorm in January, what else could it be.

Some hints from reading other posts suggested the timing might be off: so I checked:

LEFT CAMSHAFT TIMING MARK; LOOKS PRETTY CLOSE

CRANKSHAFT PULLEY. HEY, THAT'S NOT HOW IT'S SUPPOSED TO LOOK

RIGHT SIDE CAMSHAFT MARK. IT LOOKS ALMOST THERE BUT OFF BY ONE OR TWO TEETH ( TURNED OUT TO BE ONE )

THAT LOOKS MUCH BETTER. LINED UP WITH THE MARK ON THE BACK AND ROTOR POINTED CORRECTLY AT DISTRIBUTOR MARK

ROTOR POINTED CORRECTLY AT DISTRIBUTOR MARK

ROTOR POINTED CORRECTLY AT DISTRIBUTOR MARK

Runs quiet, strong and smooth. Accelerates like a singed cat again and gets 23+ mpg.

YEAH,

NOW I CAN SELL IT; ANY TAKERS? UNDER $1400!
