Question Strange ignition issue

Our SC400 went to sputtering and running badly a few weeks back
This happened 'all of a sudden' from running just fine when leaving a parking lot

In the course of trying to solve the problem, I have replaced all the plugs, wires, caps & rotors
All these parts have no miles on them, but I have went around the block in our neighboorhood (20mph if I could get there) and idling in the driveway

I ran a compression check which turned out fine (didn't jump time) but discovered that 3 of the 4 new plugs that are fired from the left coil are not firing - that 4th plug and the other 4 on the other coil have signs of firing, but these 3 are still brand new appearing and wet with fuel

Why would 3 of those 4 plugs not be firing?
Cam sensor?
ECM?

I confused
Any and all help is appreciated
I need to get this poor old thing back on the road

ignition coils, one is by the driver side header, the other on the passenger side in the front of the engine. unplug one and see if the car starts, the one that the car doesn't crank with is the bad one.

Both coils are new - all ignition parts are new
Only 1 of the 4 plugs on that coil are firing
????

I guess I should also note that I don't get any codes from the computer on this
Its not the original computer, ist one I purchased from a fellow on the board
It physically in good condition - no burnt components, still has a new smell to it
