Default Sc300 upgrade

I have a 1994 sc300 and I want to upgrade it, but I have no clue what to do or where to start. Everything is stock except for a cold air intake(not sure if that matters)
Also, it's an automatic.

Welcome to the forum, Sporkit! There are a lot of thread areas you can search for covering all the major ways in which you can upgrade your SC300.

Non-turbo related engine modifications aren't going to leave you with many good options, save exhaust which helps but won't generate much more horsepower. Nonetheless you can do plenty before major engine changes if you're just starting out.

Everything comes down to what you'd like to do with your SC.

However from the suspension to the brakes to the transmission you have several ways in which to change your car from mild mannered Lexus coupe into a more performance-oriented car.

I agree with CityKnight and also suggest you look into '95-2000 LS400 front brake calipers as an upgrade as well as a good suspension for three major starting points.

As you search topics you'll undoubtedly get more ideas as to what's possible. We're here to help if and when you have more questions. Good luck!

you sir have a biblical engine(or the stunted version i should say).
2jzge, a new best friend.
i enjoy spending my time reading about na-t projects and invite you to do the same, supraforums and clubna-t are good spots for info on how to pull the magic out of the 2jz hat.
but, like City and Kahn have suggested, suspension and brakes suspension and brakes. then look for the O(mfg)-face.
if you just picked up the car, do like i need to do. change fluids, diff oil, auto tranny fluid(there is a toyota tranny fluid i remember people swearing by for the autos - don't remember part number ><), etc.
g/l, have fun =3
