Default Powersteering hose leak

I'm sorry the title is wrong, I found it is the A/C hose, I quickly thought it was PS because I use a greenish PS fluid.

It seems it is the one closer to firewall (discharge) hose, correct?

The compressor is about 1 year old and with a newer refrigerant conversion, does it seem like I have lost enough oil from the compressor to be a concern?

Also how much pressure is in this hose, I am thinking of putting some Toyota FIPG silicone to see if it would stop the seepage. It isn't really leaking furiously, this was accumulated over the whole summer.

A new hose is about $130 and I would not buy a used one, I can't work on the Freon myself, so labor is more of a concern.
