Default need help find where hose goes

Hello all I am a Current automotive service technology student. I am working a lexus sc400 that was left in the shop from last year. They changed the water pump but did not get a chance to put in the radiator as well as a plug in a few sensors and hoses. I put everything back together but there is one hose left and i have no idea where it goes. the hose is connected to the radiator reservoir tank. I am pretty sure it is not connected to the radiator as the radiator is already filled with hoses. part of it is hard line and the end part is rubber hose. currently it is resting against the accessory belt. there is bracket on the hose that bolts somewhere but i have no idea where it goes. any help would be appreciated thank you

A picture would be much more helpful. Is the hydraulic fan hooked up completely?

If it looks like the pic below, like 99% of the SC400 do, its hydraulic:

Ok, did someone convert it to electric? On the inside of that hose, is there any fluid residue? What color is it?

its a mechanical fan and the hose is coming from the radiator reservoir so there is radiator fluid inside of it and the hose is black rubber in parts and hard line in some parts

Depending on the year you should have three hoses coming off the reservoir, one is just a short blow off for when it over heats, one should go to the radiator and another should go to a small tube just below where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine. Year of car would be helpful.
