Default slippy release bearing SC400 + W58 + T56 bearing

Hy!

i swapped my AT to a MT W58, all fine, but my release bearing is slipping, when i press the clutch pedal a little bit, the noise stops, or when i shift (pressed the clutch complete) also off. Is the preload to low for the T-56 bearing? i use a Spec Stage 3 clutch kit, maybe the pressure plate wrong? had somewhere the same problems? need the bearing a spacer? please post any idea! the swap kit is from 1uzfeswapkits, flywheel from bold performance.

need i the rear spacer from the flexdisc, when the flywheel comes from a 3VZ? i read something like this maybe this the problem, or is this a wrong information?

Thanks!

Tom
