plenty of fluid, it started doing this recently after i got the car. When you first start the engine, pressure is all good and turns really smooth, after a little working(a few minutes) starts loosing pressure if your foot is not on the pedal, its really frustrating when your are doing maneuvers. My car has another weird issue along with this, I havent checked the steering arms at all, but if i do a left turn, and then straighten the wheel, it doesnt go all the way back, and stays turned a little to the left, and the car goes forward, i feel it starts doing the same to the right side, it has that loose feeling when you first start turning. I havent really had an issue like that with other cars, any suggestions guys?

This is what my bushings look like, the bushings on the upper control arm look like this on both sides, the steering arm looks pretty good, i was thinking that this might be the problem. Has somebody tried to replace all bushings by themselves? I know its pretty hard to remove the old ones, how did you guys do it?

That's actually a ball joint and from the pic angle it doesn't look bad. Uppers don't usually go bad. Lower is where the stress occurs and they probably need to be changed. Get your wallet out. Remember that Toyota Supra LCA is interchangeable.

All my bushings look pretty solid and on place, I was thinking that it might be the steering arm and/or rack that has that loose feeling.

THese are the 22 yo steering rack bushings vs. the new poly. Turns out my whole rack was moving sideways because of these, the big one was pretty much okay, but these.....I saw someone elses thread of changing these and they were torn a little bit, but when i saw mine i got shocked.....The loose feeling is all gone, and now the steering is much better and precise.
