Default manifold remove

Ok well I know this has been covered and been sticky on supra forums and alot of people asked. But to be honest I don't have the time to dig through forums looking for the answer.

I'm currently removing my stock twins on my 2jzgte non vvti aristo in my sc 300. All that is left is basically the bolts under the manifold. Some people say they remove the turbo then the manifold. Some say they remove the entire thing all together. What's the easiest way with what tools? Thanks.
