Default Anything wrong with this R154?

The metal tube that goes over the splined shaft looks like part of it's broken off. Is that going to be a problem?

Hard to say. You can still get those shaft sleeves new though. I wouldn't throw it away the part even if you do replace it. Someone wishing to convert an Aisin AR5 5-speed to bolt up to a JZ engine could use it.
