Default 1JZ swap start up on AEM V2

I am currently putting my 1jz back together. What I wanted to do was go ahead and swap my aftermarket top feed fuel rail and 1000cc FID injectors in as well. But this is the problem. I have a brand new act clutch and a HX35 or 40 single turbo as well. I have to break in my clutch before the dyno and i know stock ecu cannot control the injectors and stuff. Ideallly I would rather swap injectors and rail while the motor is out the car. Is there any way to tweak the 1jz basemap on the aem v2 or be able to get a driving tune so that i may break in my clutch?

I have :
BC 264/264 cams
BC upgraded valve train
Holset Hx35/40
1000cc FID injectors high impedance
aem 320 lph pump

If you already have a tuner lined up he should be able to help you.

that is the same problem I am running into.
how do you break in a clutch and what not if you cant drive the car.
I figured out the clutch break in period is so the clutch goes through a number of heat cycles.
you just need to find a way to heat cycle your clutch.
now doing that, I don't know...
