What part is this, please help

Default What part is this, please help

What are these two parts by chance and where are they located on a 1992 sc400

... and what are their functionality.

My ac does not blow cold air, beleive it needs a recharge but do either of these guys got something to do with it? (my ac is still an r12)

That first part is the blower motor resistor. It controls the fan speed of the blower. Your fan will not run at all without it so neither your ac or heat will work. The second one looks like a blower motor resistor as well. Are you sure that second one is from the same car?

Yeah blower motor relay/transistors. Google the part numbers. The one I saw seemed to be from a honda but may have misread number.

You need to check if the compressor kicks on when you push the ac button. You may not have enough freon in the system (leak) or you may have something going on electrically. Im not sure how your fan turns on without the resistor in there.
