Default cranking in the run position

Just swapped over w58 with manual harness and ecu. Did the nss fix from here... https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=327356 but the car was cranking in the "key on engine off" position.

Update: I stuck the wire in open pin in the slot directly beside the black/wgite wire and it cranked normally... not sure what that pin goes to or what (any ideas) but.. it cranked normally but it did not start. Believe I might be to low on fuel but ill fill it up and try tomorrow.
