Default any tips on o2 sensors

Changing them right now and I'm having some trouble. Its an sc400, and I'm having a tough time disconnecting the plugs. Is there some latch or something on the plugs I need to press or just pull hard? Thanks.

front or rear?

front, simply unplugs pressing the little release. pain in the **** since theyre attached to the sump.

rear, got to pull up your carpet and unplug them from the harness that comes from the center console
