Default Will a Crank pulley from a 7MGTE work on a 2JZ

My Crank pulley took a crap, it separated from the rubber piece insulator and I need one ASAP. My nephew has one from his spare 7mgte and I wanted to know if these are interchangeable with the 2J's?

I guess you haven't looked at it? 7mgte does not utilize a serpentine belt.
