Default weird hesitation at 3k

Hey there I've been having a problem at wot, at around 3k my car has a slight hiccup then continues on accelerating fine to redline only when I floor the car, part throttle no issue. Ignition system has been all replaced with new parts and new fuel pump and filter.

what kind of car are we talking about and the year. your profile says es250 so I am not sure if you are in the right section. what ignition parts exactly were replaced. what mileage is on the car. any extra info helps.

93 sc300, I just rebuilt the motor so its pretty fresh, cap rotor wires and plugs all replaced, 5 speed converted still using a/t ecu. Timing exactly at 10 btdc with the te1 e1 terminals jumped, no check engine codes

its possible to be those, or an air leak, or really could be alot of things.
I would check for air leaks, any hoses that you put back on you were unsure of.
large picture of the engine bay? can probably spot something out of place.
