what type of drive shaft for R154

Im doing a 5 speed swap on a sc400, going to use a R154 with it, just wondering what drive shaft do i use, been searching and nothing really exact comes up. SO What exact drive shaft do i use on a R154 sc400???

mk3 Supra turbo manual front half and sc300 manual or auto rear half . but you have to use the sc300 carrier bearing .
