Any Ideal why 07 GS350 start burning oil from 70k miles, its wasn't oil leaking, just burn out a QT every 1k miles?

^^^ if your pcv valve is bad or stuck open then oil is going into the intake and yes you will be burning oil.

Though there are a lot of other reasons like valve seals . When you first start it , does it produce a lot of smoke ? It can be a sign of valve seals. There are other possible reasons . But start from those two.
