Default What am I missing/forgetting for BPU Aristo swap SC300?

FINALLY! I'm starting my Aristo twin BPU auto swap into my SC300 within the next week or two. I've got most of the parts ordered, and a good friend of mine is doing the swap, but wanted some last minute input from the knowledgeable people on clublex to see if I need anything else ill be needing or anything that is recommended to have a safe daily driver. Kind of on a budget but i'll spend it if I have to.

Here's what I have so far:
JDM Engine, trans, aristo ecu
PHR engine prep kit
Water pump
TT throttle cable
AEM tru-boost gauge/controller
TT fan
Aluminum radiator
B&M trans cooler w/fan
PHR Aristo swap drive shaft
FMIC and piping
Blitz Nur Spec R
Oil, trans fluid, coolant

Using SC engine mounts,
Modifying power steering reservoir from SC
Using SC oil pan
Stock fuel pump on 12v
Getting a custom downpipe (have aristo, and a 2bolt flange)

I guess my main questions are:
Do I need wideband? (i think i already know answer but just want to check)
Do I need BCC or FCD if so which? or both?
For the Downpipe, should I definitely get a 2" restrictor ring to prevent overboosting issues?
I think my differential bushings are getting old, can i replace them later on down the road or asap?
Front of engine/pulleys look kind of rusty is there an easy fix? don't want to chew up the belts.

Anything else i'm missing???

As always thank you for your help you guys are awesome. I'm trying my best, but to be honest, this is my first car ever and I know I have a lot to learn, just don't want to screw anything up in the meantime.

You need a rear sump 2jzgte oil drain/feed and return oil pan flange. You also need a better fuel pump. You MAY need a restricter ring, but I would run without first and see if it over boosts. Use a bcc not a fcd. (Put it on after you make sure the car won't over boost too much on its own) Also, you might need an sld if you want to do over 120mph or so. If you reuse the sc mounts, make sure they are in damn good shape and not coming apart. I would recommend supra mounts.

A wideband is a good thing to have. Wastegate spring mod. You can also install a boost controller at #1 turbo to be able to turbo up the boost on number one turbo. Also make sure you ziptie all the vac hoses so you wont get any vac leaks. My advice would be to go straight to single. The jdm turbos go out after some beating. The twins are a pain to remove once in the car.

thanks both of you, any links to wastegate mod?
also, i guess i should have said i plan on going with the gt28 hybrid turbos and built auto somewhere down the line, in the meantime I just want to get the GTE up and running on stock twins for now, keeping it low boost for now, trying to play it safe.
