Default FFIM IAVC options?

OK fellas well old man frost is on the way and my cold idle is really suffering now. my fix is to turn up my idle set screw of my Q45 TB but when i reach OP. Temp im really humming along at 1500rpm. so i know my problem is that i need Idle control. i have thought about the honda 2 wire, and the ford, and the 7mgte or even 2jzgte, Although i still have my 1992 OBO1 IAVC for the sc300 which looks similar to the 7mgte minus the coolant tubes.

So what are the pros and cons fitting a 7mgte vs 2jzgte vs honda vs ford vs orginal IAVC? i see that it involves making or buying flanges. the welding is no problem.
