High pitched grinding, almost like a dentist's drill? Either starter bendix or the flywheel itself.

It's much louder almost like a automatic glock. Flywheel looks good and all the bolts are still in it. Some times it grinds(90%) some times it doesn't (10%). Either way it doesn't start and makes me wanna burn the *****.

No clue what an automatic glock sounds like, but it could still be your starter bendix. If the starter drive gear does not engage fully, the teeth will just grind on the ring gear.

Could be weak action or an alignment issue preventing full mesh of starter and ring gear. Did they check the teeth? Also, did you check the teeth on the ring gear?

The teeth on the flywheel and bandix look good.

Unless the flywheel has been removed at one point, (incorrect spacing), I would have to suspect the starter gears are stripping...did the mechanic check the gears on the starter?

If something is grinding, there should be evidence of it on the starter teeth, or the ring gear. Post up a video so we can hear what you are hearing, as the glock example does not help me to diagnose. If everything looks good and you still have issues, I would replace the starter since that is easier and cheaper than replacing the flywheel/flexplate.
