Default Throttle Getting Stuck Under Boost.

Like the title says, when I accelerate and i hit boost the car suddenly accelerates even more than intended. I can literally feel the pedal leave my foot and drop lower. I quickly shift into neutral when this happens so I can slow myself down. Usually after I shift into neutral the accelerator returns back to normal. There are times though when the accelerator sticks and the car just stays revving.
I haven't had a good chance to inspect things when this happens because my car has a 2-step and it will usually stay backfiring.

So far I have checked my throttle body cable to make sure there is no bindings.
Check my throttle body to make sure it is not sticking.
Checked my Vacuum lines to make sure BOV, WG, and sensors are correctly attached.

From what I searched I've read some people had similar problems and it seems to be either weak spring or bent butterfly in TB or MBC. My spring seems strong and this problem occurred out of nowhere.

BTW i am running a Nissan q45 TB.

Anyone got any ideas?
