Default Remove driver side air vent

Anyone know how to remove the drivers side a/c vent to the left of the steering wheel or just the middle part of it for installing a gauge there?

Want to do something like this

I have poked around at it from all angles but I don't want to break any clips unless I have to so I am wondering how much stuff needs to come out to get this thing off, thanks.

i found out for you on my parts car. but broke mines, LOL two phillips screws in front and one in the back. GOOD LUCK reaching the back one. you need to remove the cluster to get to it. i didnt remove the back screw, i just felt it there. hopefully there isnt an extra screw i missed.

Awesome, thanks for the sacrifice!! so the 2 on the bottom seem easy to get to, I will try and remove the cluster and see If I can get to the back one. If not I will just yank it then I guess the 2 screws should hold it on well enough after.

Don't yank. That's how I broke mines. I didn't know there was a screw in the back til after I broke the vent.
