You must also know that headflow isn't the end-all, be-all point. The manner in which air mixes with gasoline is also of critical importance. I believe the proper term is atomize. Toyota designed the GE heads to atomize the air best under natural vacuum and the GTE under boost. Because of this fact the 2JZ-GTE is a worthwhile upgrade from the 2JZ-GE even though the headflow charts make them see almost identical.
