Default Upgrade time to 2014 NA-T

Okay guys, my car was built a few years ago and now I think it's time for some new technology since, well, I've got so much money in it now why not put some more.

Right now the car has 74,000 miles on it with the current NA-T set up on it for the last 20,000 miles. Turbo has a leaking seal that will need to be replaced but I'm thinking newer turbo. I'd like to keep the bottom and top end and mainly go for the following: Larger turbo, E85 and 93 usable,
newer AEM V2 or a different type of stand alone, etc.

This is how my car is currently equipped and making right at 500 to rear wheel. I'd like to at least get to 650 on new build.

Boost Logic NA-T Stage II turbo kit
Coated tubular header
2.5mm head gasket
T61 turbo
525cc injectors
AEM 1101 3.5 Bar Map Sensor IAT sensor
AEM WB O2 gauge
Blitz SBC ID Boost Controller
Boost Logic built Transmission w upgraded clutches
Boost Logic Torque Converter Upgrade
B&M Transmission Cooler
HKS SSQ BOV
HKS BOV flange
EGR block off plates
T4 Turbo Blanket
Performance Motorsports custom fuel system
AEM stand alone ECU
Recirculate waste gate system

Start making your recommendations.

Thanks,

Shane

With the new software on the AEM V2, you have the ability to use flex fuel and pump gas. Most of your currents you can keep with that new goal you have in mind. I will eventually have to move this thread to the build section. I say upgrade injectors, fuel rail, and lines to a -8 for feed and a -6 for return, larger fuel pump, or use two intake with separate relays and power. This is a few of what I would do, not counting a larger turbo.

What transmission are you using for 500-650hp?

Bigger injectors/fuel pump and get a Borg Warner or Precision turbo.

I think he can keep the built auto in there for 150 more ponies. I say go bw s366 or precision 6766. Proefi. ID2000 or fic2000. A FFIM and lq9 coils. Dual walbro 416 pumps. I think that should get you 650 whp on e85. Bigger tranny cooler if your current one is too small.

first , get rid of that 2.5mm hg , no need to be running sub 8:5 compression . replace with tt hg and your boost threshold and response will be impressive .. for 650 rwhp on e85 , no need for twin 416 , thats a ton of unused fuel being heated up , 2 walbro 255 or better yet twin aem 320lph pumps will more then suffice, and for injectors , fic 1100 cc will max at close to 700 on e , if you want more headroom , id 2000 cc inj

^yeah you need a headgasket about half the size and more injector/pump, and a new tune all across the board.
