Default Sc400 axles in an sc300?

So I've broken a few axles at the track in my sc300. Both times it was the driver side axle. I heard that the sc400 axles where bigger so I ordered one. Yes they are bigger. Those that are familiar with the sc300 axles know there is a taper down from the hubs to the shaft. The sc400 axles do not do this.

I replaced the driver side with the sc400 piece and it bolted right up.

I don't know about the passenger side ? Anybody ever try it?

I'm using an aristo LSD diff/pumpkin

Depending on how much HP the factory axles support, this may be super useful!

Even factory sc300 axles hold up very well. I don't know many that have blown them apart and most of those people were on slicks pushing over 700rwhp.

Slicks absorb much of the shock that drag radials do not. Put a big sticky DR on the car and watch what happens.

Both times it just sheered the shaft. Depending on the class and what you are doing, slicks are not always an option.

I still want to know if the SC400 passenger side will fit just like the driver's side did.
