SC300 tranmission into SC400?

SC300 tranmission into SC400?
I'm pretty sure these are interchangeable but would like to make sure. I have an sc300 transmission and looking to buy an sc400 that needs a transmission (current trans does not shift into reverse or 3rd/4th) . Do i just need to swap over the bellhousings to make this work? Along with driveshaft? Anything else?

You know this is the first read about this I have ever read. This is a good question. I am certain it will fit, but about the bellhousings and shifter linkage might also need to be changed.
