First off I have 1993 SC400 BLACK with lovely 1UZ V8


Note my car is rat trap of issues i got it for 800 not running ecu was fried and anti-theft was fried
Sun roof was rtv glued shut and windsheld leaks ... and inside look like he11 power windows dont work or mirrors and cluster temp only works

so first i replaced ecu and antithelft ecus and bam car runs

first issue my started misfiring at idle up to 3k sound like

2nd issue power windows dont work nor does sunroof and it worked for short time..

now i replaced most all fuses and few relays and one on junction block no. 1 (number 16 fuse 15a keep blowing as soon as key turn on...

where should I look first to hopefully find the issue and does that fuse go to door or ECU-IG?

any help would be nice

ooo and forgot my auto shifter wont go out of park even when i push on brake ( I have to use a key to bypass shifter lock to get it into gear

i would start with complete tune up...spark plugs coil packs see if it fixes it then wires and distributor. where in Cali do you stay?

My SC wasn't even as bad as how you explained yours, but not to discourage or scare you, but I'd resell that and get a better condition or platform than that. I was just calculating all repairs and maintenance I've done on my SC since I've owned it 3 years ago, and I'm up to $15 grand already. Not to mention the countless hours I've put in myself to fix the issues I had...
