Default aluminum radiator ac not as cool

Has anyone experienced their ac not being as cold after an aluminum radiaror install. I kinda feel likethe radiator is heat soaking my condensor. I have the same electric fans I have had for years.

Did you bleed the air out of the cooling system after you install the radiator? Might be a factor.
