Default 97+ supra engine mounts.

I have searched with no luck. But my question is has anyone used the 97+ supra tt engine mounts while swapping in a 2jzgte into the sc300? I have read somewhere the hole on the subframe has to be bored out more, is this right?

My engine mounts are trashed and I'm gonna be swapping my car soon so I was gonna run the 97+ mounts if possible.

93-96 mounts are better since you can buy TRD mounts from toyota for them. TRD=stiffer mounts if you ever want them. I saw a few for sale with OEM mounts for 80 bucks on supraforums

^^^ depends on what mount you are using. You have to use 93-96 mounts with 93-96 brackets. They are not interchangable as in you can't use a 93-96 mount with the 97-98 brackets but both styles will work on an sc300 if you have the correct bracket with the correct mount.

The 93-96 have shorter brackets but longer engine mounts encased in metal. 93-96 mounts and bracket will fit a 2jz in a sc300 and so will the 97+ bracket and engine mount.
