Default 92 SC4 problems please help

My car is acting up, to the point that I really cant drive it.

I've searched for hours. Here's the problem, I start it.

wont rev past 3-4krpm
Idles High 12-1500.
CEL Light on
TRAC Light on

tried to pull codes, but all I get is a solid CEL
So I reset ECU (disconnect Neg terminal) 10-15mins (Still the same solid CEL)

Driving it~ always starts in 3rd gear. in order to take off I have to manually put it in 1st or low and shift up. and overdrive is not engaging. very slow acceleration to the point that it is dangerous,
Horrible gas mileage 8-10mpg

Its sounds like an electrical problem I believe...
things I did ALREADY

Unplugged my MAF and no difference at all!
Checked each coil and when unplugged each one separately, both sides stumbled & ran differently
Also Cleaned the IAC

So I'm Guessing its maybe

MAF?
TPS?
ECU?

here's a video of part of the problem..

and it wont rev much higher than that~
this first started happening a month or 2 ago,
Its like its in Limp Mode. overdrive not engaging & A/C compressor not kicking on, both worked flawlessly when its ran perfectly
awhile back it would do this then sputter and be back to running awsome!

now its just stuck like this plus a lot of electronics are not working like A/C etc...

Any ideas or help would be appricated

Your vid link isn't working...

If the MAF does nothing to the idle when disconnected, I'd cite that to replace. Have you cleaned the MAF recently?

Vid doesn't work for me... Read that thread durps mentioned.
Ya, if the MAF is Karmen vortex type then all you can do is blow it w air. Btw the MAF is an AFM in your case since your car us pre 1995

Your ecu is bad. Before it was going bad. Now it's completely bad.

Seriously pull it out and pop it open. You can try getting a q tip lightly wet with isopropyl alcohol and swabbing away capacitor gunk, maybe blow it dry quickly with a keyboard duster. This can help sometimes. Others you have to completely replace the caps for the ecu to return, if it's real bad and has burnt the board you can possibly bypass the burnt spot with a wire. Or get a junkyard ecu and give that a go.

Can there still be something wrong with the ECU? even though there no physical damage?

I tried to start it up yesterday with out any luck, so it doesn't start, I pulled a plug, and no spark...

then 5 minutes later it barley started, just like the video.. wtf still cant drive it... 7 weeks~

That ECU looks brand new on the inside. Look closely for any leaking capacitors on your original ECU. Is that what you mean by "physical damage?"
