Default Should I be able to pass emissions?

So i have to take my sc400 to get emissions tested tomorrow. My top two cats are gutted, but I have a brand new california regulation center cat, should I be Able to pass (Maryland) emissions testing? Thanks

a big maybe, each of those stock 2 cats is probably better than the 1 center cat. just see what happens though.

Do they do a sniffer in your state?

You would pass with flying colors in NY!!

That's ONLY IF they look across the room at it.

Because the sniffer test was taken down for pre-OBD2 cars, it's a 'visual' check which means they slap on a new sticker and take their $38 for inspecting any car, animal or piece of lawn furniture built before 96 that shows up at their garage.
