Default sc400 3rd brake light failure. fuse? where do I look first?

on my 96 sc400, the 3rd brake light (led) went out suddenly. the dash board tail light failure indicator alerted me and so I got out and verified which light went out. I am thinking it is probably a fuse. where is the fuse for the 3rd brake light? or if it is something else, i am open to your thoughts. thanks.

Here is "why": The 3rd brake light, which is located on the spoiler, I believe consists of a series of LEDs (correct me if I am wrong). I assume that they all would not go out at the same time, but rather one at a time. The assumption is based on other cars I have seen in which not all the LEDs on the 3rd brake light light up.Therefore on my car, since they all went out at the same time, it is reasonable to suspect a fuse has blown. Anyone second my hypothesis?

UPDATE
"Only takes one bulb to corrode to make all of them shut off."
According to Samurai.

Follow the brake light wires first to see if they're cut.

oh the one on the spoiler, I thought you had the one in the car for some reason. It can be the bulb and there is another thread about replacing them going on right now, or it could be the wire in the trunk to them gets pinched.
