Default High RPM lockout, southbend/soarer r154

Anybody ever experienced this? I have a soarer R154 paired with a southbend clutch. (Full face Feramic extreme)

I'm currently experiencing a high rpm lockout. Meaning when I WOT and try to shift fast to the next gear, there is a delay before the shifter will actually slide into the gear slot. "Clutch drag" as others would say. Car as a new slave cylinder on it. Didn't have this problem with the old clutch/slave that was in it.

Let me know if you have any insight on this issue.

Thanks,

Lee

Tranny also has redline mt90 in it. And it does not seem to have this problem at low RPMs/dd

I'm going to rebleed the clutch line.

No grinding.

I don't understand how it could be the synchro's. The tranny was perfect before I put the new clutch/slave in it. Didn't have this problem before with the previous clutch.

My money is on the clutch line bleed. Sounds like air in the line.

Maybe a sticky slave??? Not sure if I've heard of hydraulic clutch systems getting hung up that way...

I re-bleed the line last night, not air what so ever, and the slave is brand new.
