Default Window motor really starting to aggravate me.

So I bought a set of window regulators a few weeks ago, replaced my passenger side works like a dream, put on my new to me door panels from the junkyard and haven't had problems since.

My drivers side has gone out on me a good 3 times now, the regulator seems to work fine but the motor always gets caught up on something, earlier today it was one if the copper wires from the positive/negative. I got that put if the way and the window worked perfect for the passed day. but low and behold it died on me again just now. I do have another window motor I can replace it with too. I just need to rebuild the regulator wire thing, its the round plastic circle that spins around.

Anyone know how to put together the regulator? there the two wires meet back in the circle plastic piece? I have 3 in good condition that I am not able to use cuz they came apart.
