Default 1993 obd1 cel

Ok guys give it to.me straight how do I pull codes on my 93 sc400 I see a box under the hood that says diagnostic if that isn't it what the heck is it for? Remember this a 93 model. Thanks

Unfold a paperclip and jump terminals te1 and e1 in that box, turn the key to run, and watch the cel flash. Search for how to read the codes and what they mean, it's posted all over.

Yeah but they say its by kick panel that's why the confuson kick panel or under hood
