Default 3 cylinders dead

1jz cylinders 2,3, and 4 are dead if i unplug the injectors no change same with coils there is power to the coils and injectors i have swapped ecu and initor no change same problem havnt check map or crank sensors yet as my multimetor is lost any ideas?

Have you checked the plugs? Maybe there's oil in them

Pull the plugs (still connected to wire) and see if they are sparking. Check compression. If you have spark, and good compression, then you're looking at a fueling issue more than likely.

You unplugged the injectors from the dead cylinders? Or am I reading that wrong

more then likely you have a issue with the coils or the injectors. Most times a bad map or crank sensor would simply create a crank no start issue. If you still have 3 out of 6 cylinders firing start comparing the voltage readings of the bad cylinders to the good cylinders. Also, rarely will you have that many injectors or coils go bad all at the same time,
