Desperate plea for help

My 92 Lexus SC400 has no rpm's, no acceleration whenever i step on the gas pedal. It Idles rough and has a strong gas oder. Can anyone please help?

Bad coil? Only running on four cylinders? When you say no rpms do you mean on the tac?

If it's that bad, I'd check for a CEL as it probably will have one. Pull the code and go from there. What pops into my mind is an extremely clogged Catalytic converter(s). Pull code first...

probably an ignition issue, check codes.

Strong gas odor means its not being burned. I'd look at the ignition components as well. This may sound weird, but it could also be fuel pimp related.
