Default IS300 lower plenum same as SC?

Does anyone know if the IS300 Lower part of the intake manifold the same as our non vvti?

If I'm not mistaken, I think they are different. The IS300 and GS300 and 98 and up SC have the variable length intake runners. I think this was absent on those earlier 97 and lover non-vvti 2JZ's

both non vvti and vvti have the same intake runner system called ACIS.
I think they are physically interchangeable, although I think they may use different fuel rails, and the spots for the injectors on the lower runners has an extra air port something on it for emissions. If you are planning on using it for a FFIM project it will be easier to find some non-vvti lowers.
The Y pipes are also interchangeable at the top of the manifold, in case you want to use the older cable throttle body on a vvti motor.

yeah best bet is to go with the non vvti lowers but I want to say its possible to make the vvti lowers work fuel wise.
both lower runners will bolt to the n/a head (the vvti and non vvti intake and exhaust manifold bolt pattern is the same), and if you are making a FFIM to bolt to it, that's all you really need.
