Manual SC300 idling a little off
UPDATE: 2-15-13
So I checked my spark plugs out and saw a little oil on cyl. #1 and #2 soaked in oil 5-6 with little oil.I didn't get to #3-4 cause of the manifold but,hopefully there not too bad.Car seems to idle/sound a little better? but,I only just drove down the street a couple miles.It idles a tad higher now at 1100-1200 but,maybe it just needs to be driven more to reprogram?I just remembered that my last oil change I added enough oil to hit the"full"line cause winter was coming and I have a small leak coming from the back cam seal so that would have probably explained it.
I have a manual 93' SC300 with 140,xxx miles on it.About a month ago I had a check engine light for for the o2 sensor which fixed the rough idling and really rich smelling fumes.For the last couple days when sitting at a light car has been idling with a light putt,putting sound and a very slight shaking but,the rpm needle stays at 1000rpm idling?I've owned the car for the past 40k miles and I have done lot's of maintenance,new parts etc and encountered many problems but,when is it going to stop
I just want a clean smooth luxury ride.Any ideas?
