Default Clutch kit hardware

Hi so I have just bought a 2jzge to put in my Nissan and I bought a clutch kit from some guy so literally, the only items I have are the flywheel, pressure plate and clutch disc. I already bought arp flywheel bolts and an alignment tool.

What I need to know is what size bolt do I need to fasten the pressure plate to the flywheel, and do I need any sort of dowell pins to fit between the pressure plate and flywheel to make a small gap? (These came in an old clutch kit for my nissan I'm assuming a w58 clutch requires it too)

Any help is much appreciated!
