Lightbulb Quick question thread!!!

I always have small random question's that would just require a quick answer or advice, but
I feel bad making a new thread, even if I can't find my answer with the help of the Search option
It would be great to have a quick question thread so we can help each other out here faster
In the Sc3/400 performance and maintenance section.

My sc300 always has this little issue with the fuel gauge it's off by a quarter
when it reads a quarter left in the tank my car will run out of gas, i always wonder if is my gauge cluster the one causing the miss reading or if is an issue In the tank. Has anyone ever had this issue or has an idea what could be making my gas gauge be off by a quarter?
Thank you in advance

My brother's Lexus has that. He get's himself familiar with the broken gauge, and fill's it up when it says about 1/2 tank. It's the gas level reader itself. Have you messed with the fuel pump lately?

I have not its had that issue for years now perhaps the original owner had something to do with it,
I have a manual and sc manual clusters are not so easy to come by but if thats the reason I will look into
It, I am hopeng its just a tank related issue that just needs adjustment.
