my ecu had been apparently modded in jpn prior to being imported to me, issues were cutting out every 15mins, so i sent it off back to jpn they cleaned it up checked it said it was fine except certain settings which they cant explain said it had been done professionally, got it back tried it same thing, next thing would be another ecu same model.

would this work switching out the ecu for another or more to it?, another sugguestion was whole new engine?

 

what is you car doing, cutting out?
im not sure how anyone can know if its your engine or ecu, but one is alot less expensive to replace than the other. you should give some more info.

 

start up fine, after 20mins minor shudder and cut out, it will start but wont kick over for 30-40mins and repeat same thing, did the diagnostic test checked the fuel pump same thing
