Default Heat not working in 98sc400

My heat was working on sat. am and then by sat pm it was just blowing cool air. The only thing I did to the car was check two spark plugs and take out the battery. I did almost must shock myself but I check the ac fuse and the 30 amp fuse and they all seem ok. I did read other forums on here to see why others were having trouble but it appears my year is not talk about as much. So my question is does anyone know how I can test to see what is wrong with the heat? Already check the fuses, and if I do turn the climate down it gets colder just not hotter. Oh I also top off the fluid and let the car run for 15 minutes still no warmness. Help please......

Bypass the VSV valve, rev it to 3k, see if the heat pops on. Read this, it will tell you how.
