Default Starts with starting fluid..wont stay running

92 sc 400, starts when I spray starting fluid in the throttle body...won't stay running. Sounds like it is a fuel issue any idea how to do a quick check that I am getting fuel? Also no owners manual...is there a fuel panel inside the car if so Where is it?

Fuse panel is under the hood by battery and the other is in the driver side kick panel. i would check to see if the fuel pump is actually working. Remove the back seat and see if you hear it. if not might the fuel ecu acting up, known problem ... thats in the driver rear panel under the glass... good luck.
