Default Cam Timing

Can someone verify the correct positions of the timing marks on the cams of a 1993 SC 400. If I understand correctly they should be at 2 o'clock for the driver side and 10 o'clock for the passenger side. (Viewing from the front of the engine)

TIA

I replaced my timing belt a while back and I believe you are correct!

Well now that I identfied that the Guy who sold me my SC 400 had the new timing belt installed wrong I need to fix it. Depending on which cam you set to the correct position the other can is off by about 10 teeth.Quite frankly I don't know how it runs at all.

My questions to the forum experts is there trick where I can get the belt to jump some teeth until I get the timing marks right or do I have to pull the front of the engine off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
