Is there anything I need to do beside hook up the reverse and the speed sensor for the car to drive after the swap. I know I will get like 6 cel for auto transmission not being in the car. I just wanna take it around the block. I'm pretty much done with my swap. Just gotta put in fluids and driveshaft.

You need an OBD2 (96-97) 5-speed ECU or maybe a Supra 5-speed ODB2 ECU (96-98) or else you must follow Cartmill's W58-into-98-SC300 threads for CEL light fix instructions. Part of that method involves removing the automatic trans shift solenoids and strapping them to your car so that the ECU gets the signals it wants.
